We want you to be completely happy with your order! But should there be a problem please contact us by email within 15 days or your delivery to let us know of any issues with your order. Please be sure to include your order number and the date the order was placed. Include a description of the issue and if you are looking to return or exchange the item. We will then send you the necessary information for the next step. Packages sent back without required documentation will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
Returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, exchanges and store credits do not incur a restocking fee. All items must have tags attached and be in new unworn condition.
Item descriptions on the site will indicate which items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable under any circumstance. This usually include but is not limited to; headwear, eyewear, socks/stocking, corsets, and undergarments. Also, any custom items that we make for an individual cannot be returned or exchanged.
